It was time to sell the family home that was in a trust after 93year young dad passed away in the nursing home, just months earlier. I was not looking forward to the whole process. Unlike other agents I’ve spoken to recently, Cathy never made me feel like she had to rush to a meeting or something. She knows the area very well and knows how to price a home. Let me start by stating that Cathy knows her profession, I mean she knocks it out of the park. It was a somewhat tricky task that involved the sale of our existing home followed by a cash purchase of a new home with moderate downsizing.
